These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the HMU Link service. By buying or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

HMU Link ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Verónica Pérez Arroyo, located at Virgen 5552, Arboledas, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45070, Mexico. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. The service

HMU Link is a one-time service in which we create and publish a single mobile-friendly "service page" for your business, based on the information and images you provide. Each purchase includes:

• One published service page hosted at a public link.
• One visual style, chosen from the options we offer.
• A featured promotion or package section.
• A QR code and a shareable link.
• Two free modifications (see Section 7).

The service does not include: a custom domain name, ongoing marketing, e-commerce/online payments on your page, unlimited edits, copywriting or translation beyond the content you provide, or design work outside the offered styles. Anything not expressly listed is not included.

3. Price and payment

The price is a one-time payment shown on our website at the time of purchase (currently a promotional price of $49 USD or $799 MXN, depending on your market; list price $79 USD / $1,299 MXN). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The price is final and includes what is listed in Section 2. Two modifications are included free; additional modifications cost $6 USD (about $59 MXN) each. Any promotional or introductory price is offered for a limited time and may change afterward.

4. Invoicing (CFDI)

Need a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI)? Request it with your tax details at [email protected] within the same month as your purchase.

5. Delivery

After your payment, we send you an intake form. Once you submit the completed form and your materials, we usually deliver your published page the same business day, and in most cases within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on receiving complete, usable information from you.

6. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the information, text, and images you provide. By submitting them, you confirm that:

• The information is accurate and not misleading.
• You own or have the right to use all images, logos, and content you submit, and their use on your page does not infringe anyone's rights.
• The content is lawful and not offensive, deceptive, or in violation of any third party's rights.

You grant us the permission needed to use your content solely to build, publish, and maintain your page.

7. Revisions and corrections

Your purchase includes two free modifications. To request one, use the correction link included in your delivery email, or simply reply to that email with the changes you want, and we will apply them. If you still have one left after we apply a change, the new link comes in the confirmation email. Additional changes after that are available for the fee noted in Section 3.

8. Refund and money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your page. If something on our end is wrong, we will fix it at no cost. If you are still not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order details; if we refund you, we take your page down immediately. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

9. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content and images you provide. We (and our licensors) keep ownership of the HMU Link name, templates, designs, code, and the underlying platform. We grant you the right to use and share the published page we create for you. Published pages may display a small "Made with HMU Link" credit.

10. Hosting and availability

Your page is hosted on our infrastructure and provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or make technical changes. Your page stays published while the service operates; if the service is discontinued you will get at least 30 days' notice.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful purpose, or to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, adult, hateful, or that violates others' rights. We may decline or remove content, or cancel the service, if it breaches these Terms, and we will refund you where appropriate.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet every expectation or be error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

14. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Your purchase is governed by the Terms in effect at the time you buy.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and the courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and venues available to you where you reside.
